Has been one of the worst vehicles I have ever purchased. I bought September of last year a Volvo xc60 2010 and since last year me and my daughter have spend our a total of 1,400 dollar so far. The blower motor and now the alternator. A light just popped up said check engine. The vehicle is only use for work and around the city. This is ridiculous. If I had known what I know now I wouldn't have never purchased a vehicle from Watkins Auto Sales of Jackson. Highly disappointed. The vehicle is causing more to repair than what it's worth.

Truly a great car buying experience! Wil helped us and made sure we got the car we wanted and the process was surprisingly fast,not like other places that make  buying a car an 8 hour job. Definitely visit WAS and ask for Wil!

I was simply shopping around but Watkins Auto Sales makes the car buying experience super easy. They don't try to haggle you on your price range and the owner is very straightforward. I got a chance to test drive a vehicle and even had someone else outside of Watkins look at it. I would have purchased the vehicle if it wasn't a discontinued model. However, if you are in need of a vehicle; Watkins Auto Sales will NOT give you the run around. The salespeople are super professional and friendly.

Nice cars but kind overpriced! Especially down payment is extremely high. But definitely nice inventory!

We had the best experience. Their online process is easy. We got a quick answer on what we were approved for. They have a large selection. Our salesman Mr. White, was the best salesman we've ever worked with. You couldn't ask for a better guy. Five stars for an absolute five star experience.

I will tell anyone to shop here Mr White is the man he will help u in anyway possible. We traded a charger in for a truck and yes truck had a problem return in the next day and serive manager Chris had his guys right on it. I do appreciate the Watkins family standing 100% behind there word. It's good to know we still have buy here pay here car lot that stick to there words. Best Sales Man I ever experienced, first time purchasing a car on my own! Mr.White directed me to the exact car I needed to fit me and my family of two!

Nobody approached us to see if we needed assistance. We had to go hunt somebody down.  Update: I very much appreciate the response to my review and will be willing to visit again in the future. Thank you.

Mr White is the go to guy fast direct loving personality I wouldn't recommend anywhere else when it comes to buying a car but this place with this guy no CAP
