Wish I could give them no stars at all. I started out with this insurance company when I turned 20 years old. I had two car's and my house insurance with them. Well a year ago they sky rocketed my car insurance to $180.00 dollars a month, for two cars. I switched to State Farm and my insurance was only $61.00 dollars a month for both cars. And that was $30.00 dollars cheaper then they where to begin with. Two weeks ago I got a letter in the mail saying I had to trim some trees away from my house or they would cancel my house insurance. I called them to see how far away from the house the trees needed to be trimmed. They lady in the office did not know because they contract that out to another company that goes around and looks at peoples houses. I trimmed the tree's the very next day 25 to 30 feet away from my house. Then a week ago I get a letter telling me that my insurance will be cancelled. So much for good customer service. This company takes peoples money for years, then they just drop them. I am very happy I switched to State Farm, and I am going to be happier switching my house insurance to them as well. Mr. Joe McAdams is a very nice guy that always treats his customer's with respect.
