Matt Watne is a scum. I've never written a review for anyone's business because id like to think that some people just have bad days but this "man" is low. I signed a 6 month lease for one of his 1br rentals and was transferred after 3 months for work. i knew that i would end up having to pay the remainder of the lease until it was rented out (which i did). 800 monthly, on top of the cost of my new residence. He did not get cleaning services or anything until a month after i moved, finally posted the place for rent weeks after the cleaning and did not rent it out 2 weeks before my lease ended. After i paid for the remainder of the lease, i get a letter stating that i owed a very large amount of money for Advertising the residence, the electric that he used after i took my name off of it when i moved, 200 dollars for a bathroom fan cover and for having Christmas lights removed. I am currently disputing the now collection and warning everyone to stay away from anything this man owns. Or at least document the entire property and keep copies of everything he send/says to you. And don't sign anything without receiving a personal copy because he will attempting to suck you dry for any and everything he thinks he can get away with charging.
