Went for a motorcycle ride into Texas (gotta love the no helmet law) and got hungry. Found this place on Google maps. Definitely a hole in the wall place, but oh my Lord, the food is fantastic! I got the rib plate, my friend got the links plate, with beans and dirty rice. Y'all, these folks can COOK! My only regret is not going on a Sunday to try their soul food Sunday menu. 

Seating inside is limited, and the decor is non-existent, but who cares when the food is so good!!! Parking lot is very small, and not motorcycle friendly. If you're on a motorcycle, I recommend parking across the street at the gas station.

Well if you pay attention they cut up everything then warm it in microwave. That is a health hazard waiting to happen. The last three times I have gotten ribs you can tell they were cooked in the oven not smoked our on the pit. I really wonder if they are smoking anything. I believe the people that used to take care if the place were good and did things right, now the younger people have taken over its not done right. Pay attention people you are going to get sick from the way they do things here. I had a friend got some the other day and ended up sick as a dog coming out both ends. Some of te stuff is made fresh but watch the bbq it is not fresh and some of it is not smoked on there pit. These younger people are dragging down the family name. Don't be afraid to say something it is the only way they will change and make it good again
