I will NEVER go to this salon again for a waxing or any other service.  I have given it three tries with three different estheticians as its close and convenient.  During one of my visits I told the girl the wax was too hot, she stopped and checked it and said it was fine. I left with scabs. All three bikini waxes I received,  I have been left with severe bruising from not pulling the skin tight enough. After waxing, not once have they gone in with a tweezers to clean up the strays left behind so I'm left with an incomplete job. My last visit the girl left the room without cleaning up and I was still sticky with wax! I have had many bikini waxes before and have never left with bruises and scabs. This is a clear sign that the esthetians are either not properly trained or simply could care less about their clients. Very disappointed. Will never spend my money there again and would never recommend this salon.

D'Ann Scott, Owner, saved the day!  I was the officiant at a wedding nearby.  I had my hair cut at a salon in Hingham, MA a week earlier and it was terrible!  D'Ann rescued me and did a fantastic job. I wish she was closer because I'd be there all the time.  Thank you, D'Ann.

The blow-out done here was no better than one I could do at home. Definately not worth the high price. Also, they do not take American Express and upon arrival, you will almost always have to wait even with a reservation since they are always behind scedule. The people who work here are hit or miss as well.

I went to Wave Lengths quite a long time ago when I used to travel to the area and I can remember that I always loved my cuts and time spent a the salon.
