After standing upfront waiting and saying hello four times The lights were shut off and when I ask loudly are you closing I was rudely told yes we are.  She didn’t even bother to see if maybe I wanted to set up an appointment ask what it was that I needed   After that encounter I don’t want my haircut that place.

I went in and asked her to take a quarter inch off my bangs..she cut about 4 inches off the back instead. My hair doesn't really grow and I'm older now so I will never have long hair again thanks to these women. When I went in to ask if there was anything the could do to fix the cut, as she had changed the entire shape of my hair, *which I had asked her not to do) they pretty much laughed, said she had done nothing wrong, and tried to force me pretty much to get layers which I hate so I left. They don't listen. I couldn't hate them more. Really wrecked my looks forever. My hair was the only thing beautiful I had left and now that's gone too. Thanks for not listening or doing what I asked. And doing what she wanted to do instead, WHat she thought would look good instead. When she clearly had no idea what to do with my hair type and texure. Devastated.
