My husband ordered 2 breakfast burritos and they got both orders wrong, plus the eggs were ice cold. When he returned them, the manager was rude about it before making new ones, which turned out to be wrong as well. They are both missing the cheese. The employee making the news ones was too concerned about a coworker being in the bathroom for 15 min. He called corporate and they were nice enough to issue a refund, but we definitely won't be returning to this store any time soon.

It's ok although better Wawa's around. It's right across the street from a bar, so i've seen some pretty routy people in there at night. AND.. watch out because this store has Philly tax, Philly soda tax and Philly cigarette tax. I stopped going completely. Just go up the street another minute to the new one on Street Rd. None of those absurd city taxes! I dont support mayor K.

I would like to start off by saying that, this is not my first experience with unpleasant customer service at wawa, located at philmont and bustleton Ave. I have never made a complaint through social media. However I believe that this has to be addressed due to the ignorance of wawa's night shift staff. I ordered a turkey flat bread which comes with spinach and etc. As my order went through on his end ....I politely said ..."excuse me are you making the turkey flat bread"? He said..."yeah"...than I asked the young man who was wearing glasses, that if he could add a little extra spinach in the turkey flat bread. He instantly looked at me as if he was confused and said..."what"? I than repeated myself politely and said "can you put a little more spinach in the flatbread"? He looked at me again, however, not with confusion but only ignorance. I than realized what he meant by saying..."what" ...the first time and instantly canceled my order. I grabbed food off the shelf and than walked over to the cashier to purchase ice tea and a cup of instant chicken noodle soup. The cashier said..." how are you"? I simply said ..."not good"! He never asked why and I explained out of frustration and asked who was the supervisor. His reply was...the same guy that was making my flat bread...Larry! I truly don't believe that Larry is the supervisor nor if that is his real name. Due to the cashiers persona. The cashier perceived to have no care in the world as if he has never been a customer himself. Needless to say, I will further this complaint.

Food is always good. The parking lot is very difficult to get in and out of and regularly almost causes accidents on Bustleton Avenue.
