Absolutely terrible service. Wawa is usually such a joy to go to because unlike other gas stations, it feels welcoming and pleasant with a well organized system. We tried to use the rewards program, which we are new to just downloaded and the black woman behind the counter chastised us for not knowing the ins and outs of the reward program as if we were doing something malicious to her. Go to the Wawa's up the further down on Beach Blvd. It was much better.
Gross experience today. I stopped here for gas and to use the restroom. As I walked in, an employee cut me off and went to the restroom. Well, she didn't take her smock off. Which is a violation here due to cross contamination. Please train your employees better. I don't want someone making my food or drink who didn't take off their smock and used the restroom. I don't know if they're sick, and don't want to get something they may have, let alone consume it. Won't be back here.
Didn’t like what was said when I purchased my items with the cashier. He said “look at all this nutritious food, good luck with all that sugar”. And here I am just being a mom just treating me and my kids out , catching a break from cooking everyday. Got them their icee drinks their favorite. How disappointing. All I did was smile because I was embarrassed and there was people behind me. I will definitely find another wawa who will not judge what I purchase for me and my kids! NEXT TIME MIND YOUR BUSINESS AND DO YOUR JOB!
I called in with a massive complaint but corinne was so helpful and understanding. He took care of everything I'm so happy I got to talk to him. He's a keeper I know how hard customer service is I do it all day . Don't forget the people in-store
If you hate retail so much, just stop working retail. No on put a gun to your head and made you take this job. These people make no attempt to disguise their open contempt for every customer that walks through the door. They act as though they are being put through some terrible labor to ring you up. A cheery attitude will not get you a better disposition from them. If you hate working with people get a different job, there are plenty of them out there.
That was the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth! I ordered the breakfast bowl, scrambled eggs, sausage crumbles, cheese, spinach and onions. First of all the young lady cut what felt like an entire onion in the bowl, and not small pieces big chunks of raw white onion! There were mounds of nasty powered egg, and absolutely flavorless sausage. This was by far the worst meal I have ever had. I will never order anything from Wawa ever again.
STOP YOUR CAR, This WAWA Is the best in the USA . Raymond, the manager and his team treat everyone like family. The food is excellent too. Everyone from my church leaves church and goes directly to this WAWA. Standing room only, we just love seeing Raymond and his team. My church has 1000 people. We have a blast. Great gas station, extremely convenient, clean, gas prices are way below average. Clean restrooms, easy to pump gas,... what else to expect? Food smells delicious and the amount of beverages that you can choose fro. Is amazing
I wanna say thank you and commemorate Chayla, John and the rest of the staff at Beach Location Wawa for working through system failures and other problems they are being faced with and still giving amazing customer service and well performed professionalism!
This store is clean and well stocked. The crew is professional and they work well together. The atmosphere is friendly and sociable. It’s a very nice store. The only room for improvement would be to answer the phone. I ordered a meal, but I forgot my drink… had to come back for it. Upon return, the dude that remade it for me was delightful. Thanks for improving my night.
