Went here to order food. After receiving my food and tasting it, I wanted a refund. The food was salty and cold for I ordered burgers and a wrap. Asked for a manager to return my food and had to wait over 30 mins just to realize the manager was outside smoking. Finally, after realizing he came into the store without acknowledging me; I asked him can he refund the food I paid for. The service is trash. Overall down to the food and environment
I honestly should’ve checked the reviews before going in there. Chicken sandwich was cold, uncooked just nasty. The only good thing is the Gas and coffee cause you make it yourself lol Don’t waste your money on the food you’ll be disappointed .
Terrible service AND food, I'm not one to ever review. But what in the world is going on here,also open up all the entrances. Plus My wife is pregnant and has cravings and they didn't want to serve her a simple pretzel and made us feel completely wrong for asking to make her one because they were sold out .never again will I go here.ill just drive to Kearneys Wawa. But yeah That sucks cause we love wawas food and it was horrible very disappointed.
When this place first opened it was great. The food was good and the service was great. It also worked perfect for me since I work closed by. After a while and a few managers later this place turned into a terrible business. Service is terrible food quality is down and don’t even try to order online, they will mess up your order and not care to fix it when you get there. The only time I stop by at this place is for gas or coffee nothing else. If you want food look at the surrounding businesses there are some good places by.
My sister placed an order of a turkey veggie sandwich along with iced green tea at 11 pm. Come to find out an hour later somebody else took the order and she had to reorder. This time with a different drink. mango smoothie. The uber driver arrives at our house at 1:10am with just the sandwich and not the drink. her money that she worked so hard to earn for that smoothie that never came unfortunately got thrown down the drain.
If you want something out of the fridge, the shelf, or from the coffee area, that would be your best bet when it comes to leaving out of there on time. When it comes to placing an order, don't even bother. I used to go to work in East Hanover by 5am. I'm literally around the corner from this place and would leave at 4:15. Typically I'm out of wawa by 4:30am. The other day, I got there at 4:25 and just wanted a bagel with extra cream cheese. Needless to say, I got it a half hour later and the associate only had three orders to male before mine. I don't think he knows how to multi-task since I saw him place a sandwich in the toaster oven and wait for it to finish. He didn't even start the other one while the first sandwich was getting toasted. When I got my bagel, it was damn near cold with a thin layer of cream cheese when I requested for it to be toasted with extra light cream cheese. Not sure if he was high, sleepy, or both, but that was horrible service on top of him pulling his pants up every five minutes while making orders. The time I got my food was when I was supposed to be at work. Talk about being pissed. Parking: Don't come when it's late night too many people
Worst wawa ever, i ordered a pizza on the wawa app for pickup and the people on the store said there’s somebody already took it my order, they don’t wanted to do another one for me who PAID FOR THE ORDER and refused to give my money back, i have it to call to the wawa support to get my money back.
i’d suggest you only get grab & go items from here. also , i wouldn’t recommend placing an online order because literally *every* *single* *time* that i do , something is usually missing or my order is never ready by the time i arrive to pick it up. & a lot of the times, they don’t even start your order until the person picking it up arrives whether it’s yourself or a delivery driver. by then , the store is very busy & you never know how long you’d be waiting on your food or shake or whatever.
customer service is so poor. the workers are so rude and take super long to provide you with the order that you have paid for. it’s ghetto to say the least. come here if you want a negative experience and for people to waste your time.Food: 1/5
Waited half an hour for a cold quesadilla! They had it ready and everything waiting and when I asked they still didnt give it out. Why tf am I waiting then? Just don't order food here.Service: 1/5
