Had a pleasant experience with Ashley today. There was an issue filling my tank through the app so I moved forward to another pump, still an issue so I went inside as I didn't want the leave 2 pumps activated. She patiently helped me clear out my transactions.  Station was clean. No trash. Cashier lines were moving pretty efficiently.

First time there so I didn't know how to place an order.  A customer showed me where it was. All the employees were super nice and helpful! A tall guy behind the counter was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure I  had everything I needed.  The cashier was also friendly and helpful!  I was impressed!! Thank you for great service  all 4 of you!!!

I decided to order the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger for delivery and for the first time in my life, the delivered item looked just like the advertised menu item. I was so surprised! I wasn't sure about ordering a burger for delivery from Wawa, but now I can't wait to try more! Too bad the burgers are not available until after 4pm, but I understand. These would be great for lunch!

The Wawa on Nokesville Road has far superior customer service. Faster, more polite, friendlier.  I know which one I'll always go to for sure. This oneade my order, I waited for a while, asked if they made it yet. They asked me my number, I told them. They said no, I waited. Next thing I know, they call an order 4 after mine. I'm confused, how'd I get skipped? I go and look, my order is sitting there. Wasn't called. No idea how long for.

Air is 90% of the time out of service..gas  pump is always out of service.. please hire a technician to make thing work also floors outside is dirty and needs attention. .. also gas is higher price than other stations  near by .. please don't go there and fill cheaper around

Cashier ASHLY was VERY RUDE by not responding to my genuine Hello. I walked up to the counter to cash in my VA lottery scratch ticket and she didn't even greet me. So I initiated the hello and she didn't respond. So I said again "hello, how are you today?", and she reluctantly said hello. I am a frequent customer and that's uncalled for! The interaction was disappointing because if that's how Wawa is teaching customer service, they will lose customers over time. Human beings need to start treating all human beings better these days including young people!

Cheese not melted on steak and cheese bc sandwich is cold I ordered online in the parking lot and picked it up 2 mins after I ordered…. Luckily I was very hungry so I ate it anyways but was very disappointed. No napkins in bag for a mobile order too..

Cigarette smokers crowd the only entrance to Wawa 5/2/22 9:48 am. I hate being forced to walk through a cloud of secondhand cigarette smoke to gain entrance to a building. A panhandler was crouched only 3 feet away from the main entrance smoking also. There was no way to avoid the panhandler. He held his hand out but said nothing verbally. I had to pass close enough to him with my child that he could have reached out and grabbed us.  I asked "Colleen" at the cashier station if cigarette smokers were allowed to smoke so close to the entrance.  I told her I thought there was a Virginia law that required smokers to be at least 20 feet from an entrance. Colleen claimed she "didn't know the statutes". Colleen radioed to "Carlos" and he asked the panhandler not to smoke near the entrance but the guy didn't leave.  Wawa has great products but the smokers and panhandlers at the entrance detract from the experience.

I am deleting my wawa app. I carried my own cup into wawa a wawa cup I had bought a long time ago Needless to say, they tried to charge me twice for a cup. I already owned not a refill. I wound up walking out without my cup or my coffee. And he checked the security camera, said no. You did not walk in with it. Stay away from waiwa. You will get Accused of trying to stilling!!
