Went in at 9:15 pm on Tuesday 8/1/17. I placed my order and paid while i waited. The manager and male sandwich makers played the entire time. All while the guy kept yelling out song's. I never received my sandwich... Having to ask for it, then to find out they never made it. After waiting so long i got my money back and left. And will not be returning until they can get people who actually love their job. The guy said it's only a paycheck and catch him outside. Poor service and if you are tired and want to get in and out. DO NOT STOP AT WAWA ON Godwin Blvd in Suffolk Va.

Service at this wawa varies dramatically. Last evening a line wrapped from the register all the way around to the front door. Management did not have the staff to have another person on a register. Only 2 people were making food, one of which was the manager on duty. It's incidence like last night that often give me pause as I choose a store. I will never enter Walgreens which is right next door. Some how they are always worse. If I have a script to pick up I use the drive in window Is wawa going to join that group of retailers I simply write off as bozos and don't even consider an opportunity to complete my shopping needs. Most of the time they're not too bad but last night was a bad surprise.

Long time customer of this location. Unfortunately it has been going down in customer service as of late, and I stopped to get gas today and was solicited to buy candy bars by a non-Wawa employee before my foot hit the pavement getting out of my car. Not a good way to have customers be greeted when exiting their vehicles.
