The lady in the front desk was nice to me and and everybody cared about me when I almost fainted , but the reason why I almost blacked out is because the lady that was taking out the skin around my fingernails was doing it too hard. She made me bleed on one finger, I have a really low pain tolerance I got pale and had to call my mom to come pick me up I didn't even get my nails painted that day I will never in my life come here again and you shouldn't either,  a lot of the ladies that work in this nail salon we're not trained or know how to paint nails or takeout cuticles properly. This is the first bad experience I've had going to a nail salon, I'd rather pay $28 to not risk getting an infection on my finger. If I could give zero stars I would!!

I do my eyebrows here with Miriam and they always come out nice. The ladies here are all good and sweet.

I recieved terrible customer serivce at this beauty salon. 
After waiting 45 mins to get my eyebrows done I ask the receptionist how much longer until It was my turn. From the walk in sheet you could clearly see I was up next which she also confirmed. I wait a few more minutes and the aesthetician calls over another woman who she knew and sits her down to get her eyebrows done. I was very upset because she came 30 minutes after me and I was already told I was next. 
I go over to the reception desk and tell her "I thought I was next but I was skipped over". Immediately she noticed as well and tired her best to fix the issue. She told the aesthetician, who had already done half of an eyebrow on the other lady. They had the lady get up so they could attend me. She did not put up a fight at all because she knew what she had done. 
Though I was able to get my eyebrows done, what really made me upset was the attitude of the employees. 
The hairstylist and customers stationed next to the aesthetician told the lady that "if she was her she would not have gotten up because they already did an eyebrow and she had a right as a customer". The aesthetician blamed the receptionist and told her "that customers from the previous day had a higher priority than customers from today and that it was her fault because she didnt say anything."
I mentioned previously there are no appointments to get your eyebrows done just a walk in list and she was not on the list when I got there. The receptionist lets the Aestheticianknow who she will do next. I knew she was lying because I saw her call over the lady with my own eyes. I bit my tongue because I just wanted to get my eyebrows done and get out. I was so bother by the disrespectfulness of the aesthetician who didnt even bother to be honest. 
I liked going there because the eyebrow wax was $5 and she cleaned them up nice. I would always leave $5 for tip but Im willing to pay a couple more bucks for decent customer service. I will never come back to this beauty salon again due to the way they treat their customers.Truly disgusted by the way I was treated.

Secret nail salon has to be the best nail place I have gone too. They care about their customers and make sure you are relaxed and well attended. I would not choose anywhere else. ❤️

I came here to do an ombre on my hair and I even showed the lady a picture. She did something completely wrong and I was so displeased. I had to go the day after to hair cachet next to dunking donuts to get it fixed.
