Would not recommend this moving company to no one. 3 movers came to move my mom's stuff. It took them 3hrs to unload a 2 bedroom apartment. While unloading they broke a piece off of curio cabinet. They said they would have it fixed.When we got to storage we asked them to unload a refrigerator last do we could sell it and to pack everything away from the doors. What do they do they packed the refrigerator in the very back and stacked everything up to the doors.Guys were not very professional at all. We got back to storage I told them we need the refrigerator up front and they didn't bother to move it for us. The guys went to bathroom at storage unit and was complaining that they didn't want to move refrigerator.They spent more time in the bathroom than moving. They also buried the broken curio cabinet in the back.We called to complain and they sent Wayne Sr out on Sat to move things around to injury refrigerator and curio cabinet that he was supposed to of fixed. He said that it should of never happened and the guy that was packing storage unit had never done it before. We talked to Wayne Jr he said they would fix cabinet and give us some money back. Wayne Sr left Sat without the piece to fix and no money back. We have been trying to call for 2 weeks and no body will return phone calls. And when they were out fixing storage some of my furniture was all scratched up. All they wont make it right. Do not use them they will tear up stuff and do nothing about it.

We moved in August from KY to IL, and we chose Wayne & Family Moving LLC because they are family company, and we heard only good words about them.
We didn't regret. Wayne Junior came to our apartment to look how much goods we have for moving and to provide an estimate. He gave to us his estimate based on the total weight of our goods. He gave to us normal and reasonable price.
We had to move for one day from Alexandria KY to Bensenville IL, so we had to start early with loading our furniture. We were afraid that Wayne's guys would not make it, but we were wrong. They showed up early in the morning, they loaded our furniture for two bedroom apartment within one hour. My husband and me had already packed almost everything except large pieces, so they had just to load. The same day, late afternoon we had our furniture in Bensenville IL unloaded. Guys unloaded our furniture and everything was in good condition. I have to tell you that we have a lot of glass, but nothing was broken. There were no additional charges, no hidden fees - nothing. Simply the price we were told by Wayne was the total price. And yes, we did tip the guys but they had really deserved and earned it. They did excellent job. 
We hereby want to say thank you Wayne and to his great guys who made our moving less stressful. Particularly we want to thank to Calvin, Stephen, Eric and Wayne. Thank you guys for everything, and we would and we will recommend you to all our friends.

HORRIBLE!
My expensive furniture got so damaged. I called 14 times and never a return call. 
If I had to do it over again, I would have paid another company more.
