I had to wait for an hour for a blood test. After all the waiting, there was this rude nurse who kept chewing her gum and didn't talk to me at all. At the reception, there is a black lady who hates anyone that is not black! She treated all the black people with respect and she gave their documents back herself; when it came to other non-black people, she asked our names and was extremely rude!

There is a lady whose name is Hope. AVOID her!!! She is extremely unskilled, messy, dirty, and rude

Dr. Hussein S. Elbadawi provided horrible service for my mother in not even seeing her at her appointment time.  She arrived at 3:30 pm and when I went to check to see what was taking so long at 4:50 pm, Dr, Hussein S. Elbadawi was sitting at a laptop talking with another doctor typing.  If he was discussing patient notes, then that could have taken place after providing medical services to my mother.  It was absolutely incomprehensible to have an elderly patient wait for so long to receive services and not be evaluated by him at all because we were forced to wait so long.  If a patient has an appointment time of 3:30 p.m., they should be seen by the doctor by 4:00 NOT NEVER BECAUSE THE DOCTOR IS CONFIRMING OR CONFERENCING WITH ANOTHER DOCTOR.

They are so unprofessional! And they have you on hold for 20 mins!

I love bringing my child,great people...only problem is scheduling.....waiting over an hour on the phone to make appointments
