Incredible, caring staff and vets.   My dogs love Dr. Twigg and Dr. Dawson.  So do I.  My older dog was in pain and drastically slowing down.  After testing and with the right instructions and medications, he is acting like and moving like an 8 year old again!  I cannot say enough good things about the techs and office staff as well

The care of the doctors is superb. The level of care available is second to none in the area. Although I've heard comments about higher prices, in my long-time experience here, I feel the value for the dollar is far more than worth it.

Never had a bad experience.
The staff is always friendly, and their hours are convenient. Dr. Dawson is excellent.

My family and I have been using this office for years for our pets. Even when I lived in Hagerstown, I would still bring my dogs here for check ups. Now that my pets are older with medical concerns, the people in this office continue to display compassion and invested interest in my fur kids well being, and treat us like family.
