The Waypoint House Bed + Breakfast is located in the beautiful town of Berryville, Virginia, just over an hour’s drive from the Nation’s Capital, Washington, D.C. We offer an historic setting with all the modern amenities you could wish for. Whether you are on vacation, business, or just taking a break from a hectic schedule, Waypoint House is the perfect place to stay.
We are a modern Bed + Breakfast in an historic home. No frilly doiles here, but you will get a clean, comfortable room, a restful night’s sleep and a delicious served breakfast each morning of your stay. All the while you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi – especially convenient for those who can’t disconnect without knowing they’re still connected!

Drove near Berryville today and this place came upon my Google Maps app. My husband and I stayed here almost 3 years ago and it was a superb stay; extremely clean room and bathroom. Beautiful house with lots of thoughtful details. Host was super nice, very accommodating, and a fantastic cook. I wish the owners lots of success. This place is a gem!

Waypoint B&B was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean and pet friendly.
Also the breakfeast was excellent. Plenty to eat and not just your average breakfeast. 
Next time we are in the area that is where we will be staying again.
Thank you Waypoint B&B for the best stay of our trip.

As a maid of honor, I stayed here with our bachelorette party after booking it for a weekend getaway with the bride and our friends. We absolutely loved staying here! We had a most gracious hostess who was very attentive. Her food was delicious, the rooms were very nice, and her prices were second to none! Very pleased with this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.

A great B&B! 
Waypoint House owners Rachael and Jonathan did their utmost to assure our comfort, and their attention to detail shows in the wonderful, updated decor and the home made delicious breakfasts.  Rachael, utilizing her culinary background from working at one of old town Alexandria, Virginia's most prestigious caterers, was down in the kitchen at the crack of dawn creating awesome breakfast tarts for us, from scratch!  They both made us feel like long lost relatives, and even welcomed our Welsh Corgi who enjoyed roaming the beautifully landscaped back yard.  
Although they are new to B&B ownership, inn-keeping seems to come naturally to both, and we had a wonderful and relaxing stay.  As a matter of fact,  I am making plans now to surprise my wife with a return trip!
