When they arrived at the house for mt dad, I asked them if my family members that weren't there would be able to see my dad before he was cremated and I was told "what difference does it make if they see him now or at the services?" He then proceeded into the house and immediately told family to leave the room so we would make room for him to take the body out. We asked about leaving the body longer again for all family to see him and was treated again very poorly and he replied with "how long are we talking?"  When we said we didn't know he then wanted to know if we were just going to call him to come back  so we asked him if he had a card and was rude and said in my truck and walked out bad mouthing us for wanting to keep the body longer.
