Setting Your Price
As a MBA graduate from Boston University and former global big data consultant, I am a firm believer in a data driven approach to determine the market value of a property. As all properties are not created equal, I combine extensive market data analysis with my local market knowledge to determine the correct market value. This is important for both sellers and buyers. As a seller, you do not want to set a unrealistic price as your property might stay too long on the market, selling for less than if it would have been listed at the correct price from the beginning. As a buyer, you do not want to overpay or buy into a neighborhood that does not fit your lifestyle or needs.
Professional photography & video
First impressions are everything. Hence I am working with the best photographers to put your home in the best spotlight. I have seen too many listings with poor pictures affecting the selling price of a home. As such I invest in quality photography.
However, even the best photography cannot provide a feel for the home. That’s where video comes into play. When done right, video captures the heart of a home and creates an emotional bond with buyers. My videos are not a collection of pictures. First, they provide a feel of the neighborhood through a fly over with a drone. Next a walk-through inside and outside of the home with a life camera bring the sentiments of the property to life.
Global Experience
I have experience negotiating multi-million dollar transactions with senior executives around the globe. I also relate very easily to different cultures, customs and traditions due to my international experience. In addition, having immigrated myself from Belgium, I am very familiar with the different challenges and adjustments a move to a different country or a different part of the US brings. Many things are different from what you were used to. It can be scary; the way of living is different, the way to interact is different, work is different, schools are different, and the list goes on. I help families who are new to this area transition to their new lives, homes, neighborhoods and schools.

Christophe has a unique blend of skills and experience to help his clients find or sell their home.
He combines 15+ years of expertise of developing and investing in real estate with his consulting skills from his global corporate career, working closely with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies, to help his real estate clients reach their goals.
Originally from Belgium, Christophe moved to the US to obtain his MBA from Boston University. Christophe is fluent in English, Dutch, French and German. He and his family call the Lunada Bay neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates home.
