Good selection of furniture. We were looking for a new bed frame and had several to choose from. Our sales associate,  Connie, was very helpful and patient with us and answered all of the questions we had.

Great experience and Peter was very helpful (he even remembered my name when I returned several days later!).   I was choosing between Weatherby's and Costco and at $300 less because of their January sale, I went with Weatherby's for a reclining couch.  They were able to deliver the couch within 2 weeks (because of the holiday weekend it was pushed out an extra week).  I got the item I ordered and no issues with condition or quality.  The delivery drivers were courteous, laid down padding where needed, and overall professional.  

I would recommend Weatherby's to others.  I'm not sure why all the negative posts but wanted to put something positive and recent out there for others to use before making a decision.

Horrible experience with this store. First, delivery did not have correct order. Secondly, they did not have the correct tools to install the headboard. A whole day off was wasted and management only offered free delivery  which was less than 10% of the purchase price. Also, management commented to wife relating to the price of the headboard and what she should expect. Lastly, the headboard looked nothing like in the catalog and looked bad with white streaks, and I was told this was how it is designed. In the end we did get the bed but still looking for a headboard. I wouldn't recommend this company for anybody.

We bought our giant sectional couch 4 years ago. It has never broken and always been stain free.

Early on, we had an issue where the chaise was sagging in the middle due to wrong padding. We called weatherby's and they sent a guy within a day to replace it. 

Not sure why the reviews are so terrible. We had a great experience.
