I MUST SAY WHENEVER I VISIT STONECREST LOCATION MS. JODY IS VERY NICE AND ACCOMODATING. HOWEVER I RECENTLY ACQUIRED SERVICES AND THE YOUNG STYLIST WAS VERY RUDE, AFTER SHE BRAIDED MY HAIR I HAD SOME DISCOMFORT, INSTEAD OF A RESOLUTION, SHE BLAMED ME FOR NOT TELLING HER SOONER. MS.. JODY CAME OVER AND QUICKLY RELIEVED THE TENSION. OWNERS PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF THOROUGHLY ON GOOD.... CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU MS. JODY WE NEED A TEAM TO FOLLOW YOUR FOOT STEPS.

Will  never return! !!! This shop is lazy AF! Went on a Thursday afternoon when apparently the two stylists were ready to go home.  There was literally one person in the salon getting styled. I was immediately dismissed at the door  by the stylist saying she doesn't braid short hair . No quick weave was offered or even a suggestion to return another time when a more experienced braider might be onsite . No problem . I happily took my  $100 to a salon in Snellville whom had no issue braiding my hair.  I grew up coming to this location and was completely surprised at their extremely poor customer service . The one star review was a gift!

Decent salon around Stonecrest mall offering inexpensive to pricier options for hair extensions. Braiders and Stylists are friendly and capable but will get lost in conversation and mess up little things so you have to watch them.

Wendy did my hair I got a permante color, cut and flat iron she's the best. The place is clean and they are nice you have to see for yourself. Don't go by the reviews I was skepiticaal too, but I took a chance & I'm very satisfied.😚😚
