Wanted to thank Matt for coming in on a Sunday so we could pick up our bikes.  Much appreciated.  We ran into a couple small issues, which happens with all businesses and he handled them promptly and correctly.   Rather give my business to these guys than any of the shops on the west side.

These guys are the best around. I called up Scotty, asked him is honest opinion and that is what I got. Got myself a great bike and they even talked me out of buying the more expensive bike. I don't know of a dealer that would do that. Anyways, thanks guys and you'll be seeing me again.

I was having carburetor trouble one morning and had to stop in Ellensburg. They moved me to the front of the line so I could back on the road ASAP. They even through in some free adjustments. The staff were as helpful as they were courteous. The least I could do was write a kind review
