I've always had a pleasant experience in any interactions I've had with personnel at front desk or with customer service on the phone!

The blonde woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. All I needed was some documents notarized and her response was "I don't know that I can do that" with no explanation as to why she couldn't get it done. Very unprofessional. Webster Groves should be quite ashamed that someone this unprofessional is manning the front desk of their City Hall.
