Mr Wegner and his team were outstanding. They helped me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy, and was very willing to take the time to explain the process, and what we could expect. I know every bankruptcy is different, due to everyone having different situations. But the process went exactly like they explained. They kept me informed as well as staying in constant contact,  This made me feel well prepared for when it was my turn to speak with the judge. I would recommend Wegner Law Firm to anyone in help.

I don't even know where to begin. My wife and I were at our wit's end and needed a way out desperately. We toyed with the idea of filing for some time(probably too long if I'm being honest). 

Once we settled on the fact that we would file we began looking up lawyers. My wife came across Matthew Wegner through Google. We read the few reviews that were available(all glowing but how can you ever truly know?), visited his website, and, because he was close, requested a consultation. 

Matthew and his office contacted us via email within a few days(we initiated the contact on the weekend so that more than seemed fair) and we set up a time to meet. Upon meeting Matthew you immediately realize that he has a warmth and compassion that I honestly didn't expect from a lawyer. He talked with us, made known our options, and made us feel like everything was going to be ok. He gave us our options for payment and once we decided to proceed, did everything he said he'd do when he said he'd do it. 

Fast forward a few months(the process takes time and is of no fault to Matthew) and we are nearly finished with our process. It was a difficult decision to make to file but Matthew made us feel like everything would be ok. Best part of it, he was totally right.

Wegner Law firm was the best.  After my divorce in 2014 I fund myself swamped in debt, Mr. Wegner was the only one out of the 3 lawyers that reached out to me with in 24 hrs. He was always on top of everything from the moment I met him he assured me everything would be OK. Mr. Wegner and Letty were very informative and always kept me up to date on my case. The process was fast and he made it seem so easy I am glad I chose Wegner Law firm. I  recommend him to any one looking to file a Chapter 7, or 13.
