I was recently recommended Weichert Insurance Agency to assist my clients in finding the best quote and I am so happy for this.  I have been dealing with Katy Norell and I have had the best experience; she is not only very friendly and professional but it's always available and very fast providing the quotes and policy documents when requested. I was very pleased with the service provided by Wendy and the Weichert Insurance Agency.  Wendy provided full coverage policies for my new home and autos in a very short time frame that beat my other options. My Weichart Account Manager Fernanda was tremendous in resolving my error with my home owners policy. I had paid the full Premium for the year.  However, I received a Notice of cancellation for non-payment of Premium. I contacted Fernanda, explained my situation and in a timely manner was able to correct the error all the while keeping me informed of her progress every step of the way.  I appreciate her patience, understanding and professionalism.

I've had coverage through Plymouth Rock on my truck for a year, now. Recent contact with my Agent occurred as I added a second vehicle. My Rep, Niki, guided me through the coverage decisions quickly and thoroughly to give me an affordable estimate. Based on this number, I went ahead and bought the car the very next day. And because I wanted to drive it home, I called Niki to go ahead and put this car on my policy. She covered me immediately and the premium was exactly what she quoted the day before.
