The lawyers in the firm have extensive experience representing design professionals, contractors, manufacturers, and owners in a wide variety of actions, ranging from simple lien actions to multi-million dollar private and public works construction cases involving hotels, casinos, highways, airports, justice projects, wastewater treatment facilities, high rise and single-family residential and commercial projects. The firm's experience includes extensive contract creation and negotiations for multi-million and multi-billion dollar projects, claims assistance during the course of the design and construction of projects, litigation, trial, and appellate services. The lawyers have handled virtually every type of design and construction case from the inception of contract negotiations, through pre-litigation, trial, and post-trial appellate matters. The lawyers have worked closely with clients and insurance carriers around the globe.

Additionally, the firm's attorneys have extensive experience in other areas of law, including real estate litigation (including the representation of brokers, title insurance, and property management), premises liability, products liability, employment (including EPLI and administrative claims), public entity representation, high exposure personal injury, equine law and litigation (including liability, fraud, professional negligence, and administrative actions), and equine related transactions.

The firm's Henderson office is likewise strategically located to access courts and clients in Las Vegas, Henderson, Green Valley, Carson City, and Reno, Nevada. The Phoenix office serves Maricopa County, as well as its neighboring counties of Pinal, Pima, Yuma, La Paz, Yavapai, and Gila. Through our three offices, the firm has a well-established regional presence and is able to serve clients in California, Nevada, and Arizona at the state and federal court levels.
