Dr. Weil has been my opthamologist since the Eye Care Center's opening. It's a fully skilled, attentive, hospitable experience each time. From the moment I enter, the staff shows interest and an enthusiasm for the work they do. My clinical needs have been diverse. I've needed urgent intervention; and Dr. Weil has been there with responsive, focused care. Most uniquely has been my individual vision puzzle to figure out. Dr. Weil is always educational; so I was well informed of her hypothesis. Then, she referred me for another level of opinion. The situation was complex; the referral eye surgeon specialist acknowledged Dr. Weil's on-target hypothesis from the start. It's super important that you know you have a physician you can count on when in the most surprising, critical situations. For this and for my day-by-day needs, I can feel comfortable and well-roundedly cared for.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Dr. Weil herself is decent. However, her front staff, in particular Jessica is horrible. Extremely rude, impatient. Poor customer service. I have been a client for 2 years. Come in every year for my annual contact lens check-up and order a yearly supply at each visit. I made a payment as usual (assuming this was for my contacts order). I called 2 weeks later to check on the status of my contact order and I was informed none was ordered. Jessica indicated that it wasn't her job to keep track of what patients needed and that she needed me to specifcally ask/remind her to order my contacts and that it was not her job to ask whether I wanted contacts even though I get them every year and I am basically legally blind without contacts!!

Dr. Weil is a true professional and I would trust her to any eye care needs I have in the future.
