NO star! Go with INLAND VALLEY POOL AND SPA. Sean is unprofessional, rude, & confrontational. He also lied about services rendered. See my yelp review for the problems I had. Definitely check out his Facebook reviews too. He subs most of the work out. I constantly had algae problems and pump timing issues. He doesn't like to be questioned. The last straw for me was when he turned a conversation we were having around on me saying I was accusing him of stealing parts from my vacuum when he had been the only one to service it in the 2 plus yrs I was with him. He was right about 1 thing. Parts just don't get up and walk away. I took it down to Leslie's pool because he kept saying my vacuum problem was with the run time of my pump. Turned out the run time was fine. There were broken and missing parts from inside my vacuum. Wow to hear him fly off the handle on the phone with me because of my inquire. Then hung he up on me. I was simply asking questions. I should of yelped, googled, face booked, etc. all the reviews out there prior to signing up with him. He has very low reviews... If you do end up going with him and it's not working out, remember there are plenty of other pool cleaning companies out there. Don't put up with his mistreatment!

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. I asked for a simple programming service. A guy named Dave, as my mother described he was probably younger than 20 years old and obviously no experience. She told me he was going based off YouTube videos to do the service!!!!!! I asked for simple 6 hours high speed programming from 6pm-12am, and he did it but also let me pool be programmed to filter at low speed from 9am-3:30(which I never asked for). I called him again about it and he said he will come down and reprogram it. Well he did come and never programmed anything. Now I turn my pool on and off physically when I get home. I tried messaging him, calling him and surprisingly he doesn't answer my calls anymore. These people are not professionally at all. Avoid them at all cost. I called there store and a lady answered and never let me finish my sentence and hung up on me. Then the owner called and gets verbal, and threatens me to come to the shop and he will kick my a** out, and bring who I want to fight him!!! What an idiot! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I reported this business to the Better Business Bureau Organization and filed more than one complaint due to discrimination and hatred verbal abuse by the owner to the U.S. department of labor. I should've payed Leslie's the extra bucks and had professionals come down to program it, not sending me a kid to do my pool and deal with unprofessional owners. READ ALL OF THE TRUE REVIEWS ON YELP!!! AND YELLOW PAGES!!! FOR PEOPLE WHO EXPERIENCED THESE SCAMMERS WHO CLAIM TO BE PROFESSIONAL.
