There are two Weis stores in our town. Most folks use the new store which, in my opinion, hurt their fresh fruit and produce so I suggest to look them over well or purchase elsewhere- like maybe the farmers markets. The employees are friendly and helpful. 
There are dedicated (one side of) isles to cereal, ice cream, meat, and household goods. 
A bakery. 
A pharmacy. 
Fresh Pizza. Buy a slice. Buy a pie. Take and bake is an option for pizza and stromboli, too. 
There is a salad bar with (usually) two soups. 
A coffee bar. 
Ready-To-Eat Foods: rotisserie chicken. Chicken fingers, popcorn chicken, potato wedges, a bunch of salads and side dishes at the deli counter. 
This store has a closeout discount section. Items are hit or miss but the prices are great. From condiments to baby items to kitchen utensils, the items and brands really vary. Isles that tend to always be stocked: 
Baking (box mixes, flours, icing, decorations, candles, cupcake papers, etc.) 
Condiments (salad dressings, mayonnaise, various spices)
Bars (Granola, Luna, Clif, Kind, Lara, Fig, Candy, Chocolate, fruit and nut)
Makeup & Hair (The makeup boxes are overwhelming but all kinds of products.)
Kitchen Utensils (Everything but the kitchen sink! For real.)

The staff make the store!  I'm always greeted and acknowledged.  They're wonderful, top to bottom!  Many of them call me by name.  Very impressive!  Shopping does take me a bit longer than one might expect though...mostly because I  run into so many friends who stop to chat!🤣
