In 2015, I wrote a 1 star review on Google for Weitz & Luxenberg. I was very upset at the time; I had been going through a lot. I said some negative things that I wish I could take back. Weitz and Luxenberg have been exceptionally good to me. I appreciate what they have done, and the time they have spent with me. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Horrible law firm. I contacted them 2 years ago to handle my case against Monsanto and Roundup after DIRECT exposure to it and they took the case then dropped me. AND THEN they start calling me again this past month telling me they needed updated address info on me. So I call them and they tell me they are dropping the case they already dropped over a year ago. true scumbags to mess with someone already sick and dying. And what are these 5 star reviews for this firm with nothing other than a 5 star with no comments? PAID reviews. Reviews from friends and other lawyers. Sickening.

My Husband could have lived 30 more years if it wasn't for his mesothelioma. He entrusted Weitz & Luxenberg P.C. to handle his claim to the Asbestos Trust, in order to ensure our family's monetary security. They succeeded. Our claim was approved. Unfortunately, our family only collects 4.5% of any money sent to us. The rest goes to Weitz & Luxenberg for their hard work. My husband suffered through months of chemotherapy and radiation treatments only to still die a painful death; leaving behind 2 children and myself. I don't understand why their phone calls and paper signings deserve 95.5% yet my family's pain and husband's unavoidable death is worth less than 5% of the money from the trust. The last offer made by the trust for our family on behalf of my deceased was about $130,000 yet after the costs of their labor I get a check in the mail for less than $6,000. The only thought that gave my husband solace in his last moments alive was the belief that his death would guarantee his family's security. He wanted this money  to pay for his kids' college educations; not for it to feed wolves.
