My uncle passed away suddenly, and we had no idea how to proceed with his estate.  Welch Law was recommended to me by a friend, and it did not disappoint. Scott was compassionate and took his time explaining the probate process to us and gave us informed legal options for how to proceed. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions - when he wasn't sure of a minute detail, he took the time to research the correct answer so that we had all the facts. One of his other clients was in the waiting room with us beforehand, and she had nothing but positive things to say about her experience working with Welch Law.

My husband and I were pleased with the legal services we received from Scott Welch. I have no hesitation in recommending him for will/estate preparation, services he provided us. We found him to be responsive, well-informed, and easy to work with. Scott and his staff are courteous, professional, and approachable. We thought this would be a daunting project, but Scott listened as we discuss our circumstances and posed reasonable options and explanations in terms we could understand and make informed decisions.

Scott helped us navigate through probate for a deceased relative that did not have a will or beneficiaries.  He made the process as painless as possible.  We then had him draw up our documents so our heirs could move easily through the process.

Our experience with Scott was fantastic!  He was exceptionally patient with us, explained the situation clearly and with the details that we needed, and helped us to find solutions to our specific situation.  His command of the law is superb and his ability to translate it into plain English is top-notch!  My husband and I highly recommend Scott!

Scott is awesome. We had someone initially amend my mother's Will. When my mother died, there was all kinds of confusion.  We referred to Scott by another attorney. He graciously agreed to step in and help us sort things out. We ended up settling it all within a couple of months with no issues. I then had him draw up my sister's Will. I wouldn't have another lawyer touch anything in regards to Estate Planning. He's sharp and knows the laws.

Scott Welch and his Staff did a Great job for us.  Welch Law Firm Specializes in Wills , Trusts and Probate.  They did a Will, Beneficiary Deed, Power of Attorney, Health Directive, etc.  It was all done in about 3 Weeks.  I would Highly recommend them.

Scott and Marci are warm, welcoming, and helpful. Scott took the time to understand our circumstances and prepare the documents we needed. We highly recommend Welch Law for estate planning.
