Notification Under Lawful Affidavit: Truth and Facts

To: Mike Rourke, Weld County DA &
the "Honorable" Judge Dana Nichols, Division B

1) I require copies of Oath of Office from the judge, 
police officers and prosecuting attorneys.

2) I require copies of Statement of elected officer, 
anti-bribery statements, and foreign agent registration.

According to the Foreign Agent Registration 1938 the 
court is required to have a foreign registration on file. 
Anyone who is a representative of the state must be registered 
with the state according to F.A.R.

I've submitted a Complaint Notice of Facts Under Lawful 
Affidavit assertingHolding the Court/DA's Office/Prosecutors
Personally Liable for Deprivation of Rights 
Under Color of law 18 USC 242.

Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act 
24-72-201 et seq. and/or the 
Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act 
24-72-301 et seq.,

I require that you make available for inspection 
and copying the following public records:

1) Prosecution Discovery Materials
2) Plaintiff's Written Testimony/Statements
3) Automotive Insurance List of Damages
4) Written Itemization of Prosecutor's Offers
5) Clarification of Jurisdiction concerning my case
6) Written documentation of Judge Nichols Verbal Claims 
   that I cannot file electronically

I assert factually that the Weld County District Attorney's Office and more specifically Mike Rourke, Andrew Brown and Ryan Chun have knowingly, willingly and habitually violated numerous Standards of the Prosecutor Function as set forth in the AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION 
Fourth Edition of the CRIMINAL JUSTICE STANDARDS for the PROSECUTION FUNCTION including:

-Standard 3-1.5  Preserving the Record 
 -Standard 3-1.6 Improper Bias Prohibited
-Standard 3-1.7 Conflicts of Interest
-Standard 3-1.12 Duty to Report and 
   Respond to Prosecutorial Misconduct
-Standard 3-1.12 Duty to Report

I'm curious; what would the penalty be for multiple instances of assault if you're not the son of a county commissioner and connected to all the judges in Greeley?  My daughters husband Ryan Jerke has multiple counts of assaults on her and others, DUI, resisting arrest, child abuse, etc and continues to get away with it. Found out yesterday that the DA plans to let him get away with it yet again. She wasn't allowed to leave Colorado to get away from him.  I want this known before her name is added to the list of tragic cases of domestic abuse. He emptied their bank account leaving her no way to feed her 3 children. Again. You all should be ashamed. I will contact every newspaper in Colorado to get this blatant favoritism known to everyone.

If you continue to press this false charge against me after your direct involvement and interference with what was originally a municipal case, I swear I'll be the second class citizen that ruins your career for you...I swear it.
