Laura has been absolutely outstanding. She is the best realtor that I have ever worked with. My husband and I have been trying to find a house for two years. We actually gave up looking at one point. Then we found a house we liked online and Laura showed it to us. We ended up not buying that house and worked with Laura to find our home. She was very patience with us and knowledgeable about the neighborhoods she showed us. She made herself available to show us homes and answer our questions. She was also instrumental in the closing process. We bought a new construction home and she tracked the progress on the home for us and let us know where things stood. She is overall an outstanding agent and I would 100% recommend her.

We were so fortunate to be referred to Laura Weintraub from a close friend. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to represent us throughout our very long process buying our first home.  Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in her field, but the professionalism, enthusiasm, care and dedication she has for her work is so apparent upon the first time meeting with her.  It took us a year to find our home, and throughout the entire process, Laura was there patiently by our side.  When we had doubts about a property we saw, she was never pushy or impatient.  Instead, she helped guide us through the process by asking us specific questions that helped us better realize what was most important for us  in our first home.  She has an incredible work ethic, which made working with her such a pleasure.  Whether through emails, phone calls or texts, Laura was always there to help answer our questions.  By the time we found our home, my family and I saw Laura not only as our agent, but also as our friend.  

We highly recommend Laura!!!  She is truly a gem!

We worked with Weld Realty's Laura Weintraub on the purchase of our Nyack home and cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. We looked at several properties with Laura over many months, and she met us with patience, great knowledge of the local real estate market, and a strong understanding of our desires. She was never pushy but always very prompt and responsive. We trusted her, and she gently guided us to the house that would finally become ours. She went above and beyond for us, and through the process we have come to consider her a friend. We highly, highly recommend her!

I purchased my first home early June. It was a lovely experience using Weld and having Leigh Tripathi as our realtor. We started our search in early February with Leigh sending electronic homes that were for rent and sale in the NY area. We weren't sure if we wanted to buy or rent after moving out of NYC. I was able to do all the research of properties before leaving my home to lessen wasted time. She took us out one day and we found our home that same day. We saw a house we loved. She walked us through the process step by step. She was always available by phone with questions or just moral support. She was patient and accommodating throughout the next 4 months it took to close on the house. Leigh was positive about buying the house and yet practical about what we needed to do to make it happen. Leigh is knowledgeable in her field and about working with the banks and lawyers during the purchasing of a home. She had great recommendations for people we could use throughout the process and we were pleased with their work. When we moved in she had very thoughtfully left our children gardening toys and a tree house as a house warming gift. It was an overall wonderful experience. My friends who also left NYC this year, bought a house in Nyack and used Weld realtors and were very happy as well. I would definitely use Weld again and call upon Leigh Tripathi.

We both sold a house, and purchased a house, with Maiken Nielsen. She was absolutely fantastic! Maiken took the time to really understand what we were looking for, kept us regularly posted on what was available, and quickly made arrangement for us to see the homes we were interested in. When we were ready to make an offer, she expertly guided us through the buying process. Maiken was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable of the local area, and has a strong work ethic.  She was always very prompt and responsive, but never pushy.  We had a somewhat difficult to sell property in Chestnut Ridge. Maiken made clear suggestions on how to prepare the house for sale, prepared beautiful ads for the property, and created a marketing campaign. She was relentless in showing the house and bring potential buyer by. We felt that Maiken really represented our interests, and was not just trying for a quick easy sale to earn her commission. I would highly recommend Maiken Nielsen and Weld Realty!
