Founded in 2010 as Smoky Mountain Urgent Care, Well-Key has since evolved into a comprehensive network that remains fully committed to our original mission: to provide outstanding healthcare, excellent customer service, and community involvement. Well-Key Urgent Care now offers the following occupational health services: NIOSH-certified spirometry testing, DOT physicals by NRCME doctors, and post-offer employment testing.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to y’all. My family was in town celebrating my daughter and mother’s birthday when my daughter became sick. Being from North Carolina we didn’t know where to go so we were very happy to be sent your way. Your staff was very friendly and compassionate. Dr. Smith and the nurse was awesome! We have not had a better experience anywhere. And the follow up and assistance the next day went above and beyond. We now wish you had a location over here. Thanks for being awesome.

We had such a pleasant experience here.  Our 4 year old daughter got sick while we were vacationing in the area, and we were referred to this office.  We were so blessed to be cared for by Dr. Luck.  He went out of his way to make my daughter feel comfortable.  His bedside manners were wonderful.  Our family would highly recommend!

I've been to this location twice and I've had a wonderful experience each time. The most recent visit I had was my most pleasant especially. They got me in and out within 30 minutes and the Dr. I saw was wonderful. I will definitely be going back when I am in need of a physical.

Very pleased with the results I had at your urgent care. The staff were all very friendly and took extra steps to make sure I was on my way fast and feeling better soon. Would recommend others to come here for their needs. Thanks everyone for the prays and great care I got. Will use your services again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.  By far this was the best quick care that I have ever been. The Dr luck was very professional and he didn't just rush though my care plan. I loved the fact that he took the time to pray with me for a save journey home and for fast healing. I think our Michigan Doctors and quick care could learn a thing or two from y'all. Thanks for everything. You guys ROCK.
