I would definitely stay away from this place. The manager. Is a very hateful person.  she allows a lot of felons. And a lot of drug dealers. Go into that community.

Very run down.... Management was not friendly at all... Saw alot of questionable activity going on in the neighborhood.  I was interested in purchasing a home here but the park is very run down, the residents do not take care of their places, I drove through it at night to see what kind of activity went down... I have seen questionable people standing around the outside of the park, and dogs that are unleashed running around,  I have seen better and safer parks in the South Side of Chicago, where I used to live.  The manager, Gayle was not very friendly and her shadow, I believe her name was Tonya?  They seem very tight,  heard them gossiping about a resident how she will be getting evicted.  Found that very unprofessional.... I wouldn't want my manager gossiping about my personal life in front an stranger let alone a resident.  NOT cool...  But if you want to live in a hood style neighborhood ... then this place is for you!

Use to be a five. Now a one. It has turned into a dump the last few years. And yes they do rent. I thought was a no no. The landscape has gone down. The mailboxes are dirty. Always finding ways to raise rent. Hard to refer ppl when nothing to offer. Im no a negitave persons just being honest.
