Absolutely horrible experience! I was sent by my doctor to the ER with a miscarriage they made me wait 1hr even I told them what happened. My jeans were soaked in blood, and luckily I didn't pass out in the bathroom (otherwise I don't think I would be here) When I finally got accepted and they needed to do an ultrasound, they asked me if I'm by any chance pregnant. Don't they read a chart? I would not recommend this hospital to anyone

I go to the wound care center and theY are just wonderful over there taken care of me. My problem is with the hospital billing department. I'm on medicaid share cost and my bills have to be sent into medicaid after each visit. This is not happening. It is oct.23rd 2017 and 3 visits this month alone and still no bills are being sent in. If I can just get one bill to medicaid it will open my case for this month. Medicaid has not gotten a bill since September 20th. 8 visits ago. What is going on. Have called hospital with no answers back. Please help

Forget trying to park here before dark. The lot by the ER is reserved for the valet. The next available space is on the other end of the campus, after a series of turns and twists. Every other spot is reserved for a physician or clergy or whatever. I went around the campus 4 TIMES for a spot before I gave up and dropped off my mother at the ER. Awful parking situation. Update: On top of everything else, it took the staff nearly TWO HOURS to discharge my mother. We pushed the nurse call button and let it go for nearly five minutes. The antibiotic doctor was nowhere to be found. What the hell is wrong with you?

Worst experience ever... i guess people have to come in dead so they can take care of them... not only that the ER is no help they dont even know what they doing..they don't explain much.. wont give the results and you can be dying and theyll still send you home saying your good.. heard stuff about this hospital especially that there racist.. and now i believe its true.. sucks that a person cant even be taken care of here.. really dissapointed 😥

My brotber came to this hospital about 6 moths ago with a knee infection, they kept on sending him back home because instead of doing a blood test they said it was blood clots.Turned out he had Mersa. Had surgery on his knee, came out of surgery blind.Took them 2 weeks to have an eye Dr look @ him. When they did it was basically 2late. He had retinal detachment and try to blame it on his diabetes. My brother had eye surgery but is still blind 😭😭
