I have been trying to get in contact with this wellness center for 2 months now. They don't except walk-in and there office is only opened on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 2pm. Everytime I call their office, during office times to set up an appointment I get placed on a 15+ minute hold. When I finally get frustrated and try to call back it either goes to a voicemail system or the phone lines are busy. Every other wellness center I call, be it Lakewood or Avon are always really helpful but say since I live in Fairview Park I have to deal with the Rocky River office. I think either their system is really unorganized, or who ever they have as the secretary and in charge of the phones needs to be replaced, and or get them some help if it's that busy.
