have been a customer of wells fargo for long time, received a letter this summer that wells fargo was closing all local offices, esp one in south elgin, ill.  wells fargo left NO INFO on any office to go to in the elgin area! have home loan, truck loan and credit card with wells fargo. need to refinance home loan with home modification program, no local office to go to for help, have to do over the phone and fax to IOWA office. If information is not in by certain date, it appears to get LOST,then have to start all over!  Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINES WITH WELLS FARGO!
