Windows but only 2 working with tellers

Had to stop by for a moment, clean line all the locations I have been to. The guy behind the glass wasn't able to help me with anything, I guess he was a step up and annoyingly tried to upsell me on another account. But the banker I talked to was a joy.

Came by this branch to cash a check. They refused because they didn't "recognize" me. Thanks for the great customer service, I guess banking with Wells Fargo for 20 years isn't that important to you guys.

I've been with WF for a very long time I find this particular branch to be on top of the banking game. From the top management to the tellers. Always an enjoyable banking experience.

They are a bunch of liars. I opened an account with them and they said it wouldnt cost me a penny. Somewhat true. My personal banker said i wouldnt have to pay for anything as long as i had a direct deposit set up. Next thing i know, theyre telling me i have to keep $300 in my savings to avoid fees and $20 in my checking to avoid getting my account closed. Scam artist at best.
