I would give ZERO stars if I could.  WORST bank location I have ever been to.  NO AC, rude, no-knowledge, incompetent bankers.  It's like they think they are doing ME a favor to have my $ there. UMMM, hello WF idiots, I think you need to try some customer service.  Again, WORST location ever!

I have been using the Fairview branch for 4 years now and haven't had an unpleasant experience yet. From the business management account officers to the tellers (who are always pleasant & helpful even when I don't have a deposit slip!), I know my business and personal accounts are in good hands.

I went in to talk to a live person about my account, I was told they could dial the number and give me a phone.  Where did customer service go?

Very slow and rude. Can't hire nor keep anybody so they take it out on customers. Shame.
