Jessica Rodriquez is substantially rude. Despite her ethnicity, I believe she is racist. She assisted multiple customers who were Caucasian, and met their request. When it was my turn I was asked for ID and asked questions to verify me concerning myself and my account. She also went to the bank to ask her branch manager to come out with her. I felt like I was robbing my own account. She lacks interpersonal skills. Think of banking some one else.

Its time to update my review up here ... Before I put one star for this location ... today i went to this branch, cause I am living close to it ... I decided to apply for personal loan ... I was surprised with the service I got in here today ... Robin Nelson took me to her table and spend a lot of time with me on my application ... Her attitude to me was absolutely awesome ... At the end she gave me her business card . i will be honest - I never save any business cards like that ... but today I took that card home and put on my desk in case I need to update my info or something ... Good job guys ... more Robins Nelsons please and you will see 5 star rating all the time. Thanks for your service.
