extremely  incompetent and unprofessional . i went their to get foreign currency twice and 2 days stand in Line for 30 minutes and when u got to  window I told their system is down come tomorrow  , next day again i went their and and stand in line waited 45 minutes and finally  told they will charge me fee even I have a bank account , they should close this branch or find some professional employees .  don't do business with Wellsfargo anymore .

Only popped in a few times to make deposits to my out of state son's account, but employees were helpful and friendly.

Bankers, including the manager are incompetent. Fed me false information and did not allow me to open an account. Maybe it's because I'm young but they were wholly unprofessional and refused to help me out. I hope they get their act together.

Overall, it all went well while opening a checking account. But then I got a letter stating that I have applied for a credit card and was denied. Turns out that the business specialist, Brandi Morton, has sneaked in an application for it. It did not read like a CC application on the screen at all.
Beware and double check everything that you get when dealing with this branch!
