Absolutely great experience here!! I had an issue that needed fixed ASAP with debit card limits that wasn't as simple as just raising the limit, Shaila the manager and Lauren did everything they could to help me :D When one idea didn't work they didn't give up (I had a teen account before but am not a teenager now so that made things harder). I really, really love the service from these two and would totally recommend this individual store! Also some reviewer mentioned that they are a disabled elderly woman and did not receive great service? My grandmother is more disabled than you and she's been coming here for 20 years, never had an issue and is the reason I went with WF. Keep in mind that customer attitude is going to play a factor in how you're treated.

awesome place, gr8 people with gr8 attitude and costumer service. two Atm machines outside and i never have to wait too long inside plus bankers are very helpful.

Good place to bank. 2 ATM machines in front, 50 % of times there is a line waiting to use it. One security guard in front to keep you safe.

My fiance and I have always experienced superior customer service with Wells Fargo however this branch failed to deliver. There is by no means any understanding of the meaning customer service here. The teller's body language as well with the personal banker Bruce P. Biogornia statement was absolutely unacceptable. The teller did not smile and took a deep sigh when my fiance asked for his balance. Unfortunately once my fiance sat with BRUCE P BIOGORNIA and asked to change his pin Bruce commented back and I quote "You already have a pin." With the uncomfortable vibe and comments made back after asking to change his pin I am convinced and highly dissapointed that this branch was a representation of prejudice individuals. I was so shocked at this behavior that I immediately had to grab the personal bankers card and report this expierence to yelp. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS BRANCH. AS I WOULD HATE FOR YOU TO EXPERIENCE WHAT MY FIANCE AND I WENT THROUGH.
