Been doing business with Wells Fargo since they were Meridian Bank or even longer. They have all our business. Went in to get some money to pay for our roof and siding. The manager advised us to do the insecure line of credit which was approved for even higher than we needed, had them lower it and it was in our bank that day. The manager suggested it this way, pay the contractor & then come back in to do their Home Equity which takes a couple months but it will be good to pay the loan off and we can even write off the interest if the loan. We asked if there would be any problems & they said NO because our credit is good. Well guess what, now they are denying us because of debt to ratio. WELL ITS ONLY BEEN SEVERAL WEEKS. NO NEW LOANS BUT THEIRS. BUT THEY ARE SAYING THAT BECAUSE THE LOAN THEY GAVE US THAT OUR DEBT IS TOO HIGH. SO NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH A HIGH INTEREST LOAN THAT WE COULD OF GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET THE MONEY BUT "THEY HAD A PLAN" I CAN SAY AT THIS TIME, IF THEY DO NOT SORT THIS OUT AND LET US HAVE THE HOME EQUITY, WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO MOVE ALL OF OUR BUSINESS AND MY SON'S BUSINESS AND OUR MORTGAGE & GO TO A BANK THAT DOES NOT LIE TO US & STICK US WITH A HIGH INTEREST LOAN...... MAKE SURE YOU GET THINGS IN WRITING BUT THAT MIGHT NOT EVEN HELP. THEIR HOME EQUITY DEPARTMENT I DEALT WITH WAS VERY POOR. I WOULD RATE THAT A 3. LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND WHEN HE DID CALL, HE CALLED FOR INFO THAT WAS SENT TO HIM A WEEK AGO. HE DOESN'T CALL BACK WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. AND IF I DID NOT CHECK MY EMAIL, I WOULD NEVER KNOW I WAS DENIED BECAUSE THE BRANCH SAID THAT IT WOULD MOVING QUICKLY. THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE AN UPDATE FROM SOMETHING THE PRIOR DAY!! BIG LACK OF COMMUNICATION!

This is the nice branch of wells Fargo in this neighborhood. The people are very nice and helpful

The ATM machine had error and it did not count $320 of the money I had inserted. I called their ATM department and opened a claim. They "reviewed" my claim and told me that they do not have an overage and decided to end the claim and ask me to prove where I received the money from. I am trying everything I can but then again this the second time this happened to me with the same ATM. Evil bank, horrible people when it comes to pocketing money they do not own. This is why monopolies are never good for anybody. If you plan on using their drive through ATM, take your car and drive far far away from it.
