Time to change banks!  They are the least helpful bank I've ever encountered!  Trying to help 95 yr old mother to  renew CDs.  They won't even quote an interest rate over the phone.  I don't recommend this bank.  The national 1-800 bank line is even worse.

Update!! I have been trying to get a banker to follow up with me for weeks... I asked the teller if my phone number was correct and it was. I will update once you guys actually call me what is going on??

It's a bank people. EVERYONE is polite, does their job and helps you.

Very much friendly staff. Never had any issues dealing with them. Almost every time, the objectives of my visits were accomplished quicker than I expected. Like getting cash, getting notarization of documents, getting cashier checks and resolving problems with my debit card.

Possibly the slowest bank I have ever been to. If I wasn't forced to go here for work purposes I would avoid this place like he plague.

They are never on time for anything! The perks of having a drive through is so you can quickly make deposits and obtain change. However if the drive-up opens at 8:30am and the bankers are not opening up their windows until after 8:30am let's say 8:35am and there's only one working and I'm in a line of 3 cars and they still haven't served the first person. Something isn't right. They need to schedule more persons in the morning. Especially if I'm a business customer this is very inconvenient.
