THE MOST HORRIBLE and SCARY banking experience ever! i went to the bank today to withdraw 2000$ from my account and after keeping me waiting there for 20-25 minutes the teller started asking me questions like why i came to that branch and not the one closest to my house ( i live on los feliz) , why i want to withdraw and a lot of more non sense questions. I showed them my passport, id and my card then they said that my signature is not the same they have on record (i have the same signature for over 5 years since i have this account), in the end i finished going to the manager which was incredible incompetent with a don't care attitude and said to call the customer service to resolve this issue and that his branch could not give me cash. I went to a different branch and they said that my account was frozen. I managed to resolve this and in the end i closed my account and go all my money back. It was a very scary experience and i'm afraid to keep any penny in my bank account at wells fargo from now on
