The slowest drive thru Iv'e ever been in. Especially the commercial lane . Expect to be waiting at least 30mins if not more

Tried to initiate a wire via online banking and their fraud department froze my accounts and required me to visit a branch to verify my ID.  Not to mention they didn't execute the wire.
So I called my USAA bank and they did the wire for me, over the phone, and for free!!!

Wells Fargo is not very helpful. The run around is very bad. Not a straight answer from anyone.  Bad customer service!

MOST HORRIBLE BANK EVER!!!!  NEVER ANY EMPLOYEES, LONG LINES, HIGH FEES (FOR USING MY OWN MONEY!), LOWEST OF THE LOW INTEREST RATES FOR CD'S, SAVINGS ACCOUNTS, ETC.   FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING HOLY IN THIS WORLD, DO NOT - DO NOT- DO NOT BANK WITH THE WELLS FARGO IN ALAMOGORDO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  MANAGER IS NICE THO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
