This location may be good with customer service, but Wells Fargo as a company is horrible. 
I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer since they bought out Wachovia. The amount of fees and the costs of the fees are exorbitant. They offer you other services to alleviate those fees, but they have other fees. I’d say they nickel and dime you with the fees, but they’re much more than that. 
The only reason I kept the account for so long was for the national presences, but it’s just not worth it anymore. You get much better customer service out of online banks like Ally, E*Trade, and Synchrony. Even if your online bank charges you a fee to use ATMs, you’ll still pay less than you would at Wells Fargo. And you collect more interest at others as well! 

It’s not all bad though, Wells Fargo does have a pretty decent app. And their bill pay feature (one of the few free features you get) are pretty comprehensive and easy to use. But in my opinion, the cons outweigh the pros.
