If it wasn't for the proximity of this Wells Fargo to my gym then I would NEVER stop here. As I'm in line leaving this review. I've been in line for 15min with only 2 cashiers "working" and the managers are walking around as if the line isn't almost to the door. There is a complete lack of concern for customer service, no thank you for waiting, no thank you for being patient NOTHING. I see why this place receives all the bad reviews. How can the managers look at the line and not help? I guess teller training isn't through and through. I WILL DO MY BEST TO NEVER COME BACK HERE.

Just as everyone else has stated, this located is so slow it's almost comical. The workers are not efficient and they are not promoted to be efficient by management. After a year of banking here, I am over their "sorry for the waits". Stop apologizing and start learning how to do your job in a way that is satisfactory to costumers. Currently, I have the stomach flu and have a banking errand to complete. Thus, I hope that they are fine with me vomiting in line during my 40 minute wait simply to get a cashier's check, if needed.

Deposited a cashier's check from another bank and was advised that it would take over a week to clear. This, after Wells Fargo called the other bank to confirm that the funds were available. Poor form Wells Fargo.
