Horrible customer relations. Can’t even greet a customer one teller operating while there are clearly 4 other tellers behind the counter. Not even an acknowledgement of my presence. Truly not what I’ve come to expect as I’ve been a long time customer.

The customer service was terrible via the phone. This isn't my normal banking location. But it was still open so I decided to call. I had a fraudulent claim I needed to speak with someone. Normally they transfer you to that specific department ( the Wells Fargo on Webber was able to earlier) but this lady just answered and kept saing I needed to call the number on the back on a card I don't have! She wasn't accomedating at all and never even said goodbye or thank you for calling, she just hung up. Totally rude. This was at 530pm  today. They need to train their employees to handle phone calls better.
