No problems so far, not sure what manager is rude but the one I've seen is pleasant, and Shanika Hooks is the best I hope they keep her there I like dealing with one person.

Every time I come to this branch I have to wait for a long, long time.  The staff appears to rotate in and out.  Convenient but awful service!
